TraceLinker has three plans. Free lets you prove the core audit-to-monitoring workflow on real data. Pro is for freelancers and small SEO teams. Agency is for teams managing a larger client portfolio and branded reporting.

Free
Free has no trial expiry and does not require a credit card. It includes one real AI audit each month, so you can test the product on up to 50 actual backlinks rather than a demo dataset. You can then monitor five important links with weekly email alerts.
Free includes manual entry, CSV upload, explainable AI scoring, toxicity flags, disavow export, and optional Google Search Console verified-property and URL Inspection checks. Google does not provide a public backlink-import API, so connecting GSC does not automatically add backlinks.
Upgrade when you need repeated client audits, more monitoring slots, faster checks, auto-discovery, a shared workspace, webhooks, or reports.
Pro — $9/month
Pro is for freelancers and small SEO teams protecting links across up to 10 client projects. It includes:
- 5 AI audits per month with up to 200 links per audit.
- 100 monitored links with daily or weekly checks.
- Up to 3 people in one workspace, including the owner.
- 1,000 included auto-discovery credits.
- Slack or Discord-compatible webhook alerts.
- Branded PDF reports and automatic lost-link reclaim drafts.
The strongest upgrade triggers are repeated client work, reaching the five-link monitoring cap, or needing daily alerts rather than weekly checks.
Agency — $29/month
Agency is for larger client portfolios and teams that need client-ready delivery. It includes:
- 50 AI audits per month with up to 1,000 links per audit.
- 1,000 monitored links with hourly, daily, or weekly checks.
- Up to 25 projects and 10 people in one workspace.
- 2,500 included auto-discovery credits.
- White-label PDF reports, public share links, and API access.
- Priority support.
Choose Agency when branded deliverables, public client access, hourly checks, or the larger portfolio limits are essential.
Billing and cancellation
Annual plans are charged up front and save two monthly payments: Pro is $90/year and Agency is $290/year. You can manage or cancel a subscription from Settings → Billing. Cancellation keeps paid access until the end of the current billing period, then the workspace returns to Free limits; existing data is retained.
First-time monthly subscriptions have a 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact [email protected] from the account email within 30 days. The guarantee does not create automatic prorated refunds for later billing periods.
Polar is the Merchant of Record and handles card payments, applicable tax, invoices, and payment-method updates. TraceLinker does not store card numbers.
What happens after a downgrade
TraceLinker does not delete existing audits or monitored links just because a plan limit becomes lower. Actions that would exceed the new quota pause until you reduce usage or upgrade. Agency-only share links and white-label controls become unavailable on lower plans.
